I recently stayed at Hotel-Gasthaus Goldener Engel in Glottertal for a few nights. The hotel is centrally located in the village, making it easy to explore. The refurbished room I got was beautiful, with large windows and a balcony. The cleanliness and quality of the bedding were top-notch. The staff at reception and during breakfast were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel's restaurant, although closed on Wednesdays, is reputed to be excellent.

goldener engel in glottertal is beyond amazing! it exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast buffet was a feast of local delights. i can't wait to go back!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in a small village at the foothills of the Black Forest hills. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities provided everything I needed. Parking was easy and convenient. Situated right next to the church, and with transportation nearby, the location was perfect for my needs. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The traditional decoration inside the hotel was lovely and it made me feel at home straight away. The restaurant served delicious food and it was incredibly easy to find the hotel which made travelling more simple. The surroundings were stunning and there were plenty of lovely places nearby to explore.

Wifi was not provided which made it more difficult to stay in touch with family and friends. the size of the bathroom was not as big as I would have hoped and it made me feel a bit cramped.

This charming countryside hotel is located in a quiet valley close to a major city, making it a perfect base for exploring. The hotel is right next to a beautiful church and offers clean and spacious rooms with excellent quality bedding. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained. The friendly staff provide efficient service and the breakfast buffet is extensive with homemade jams, yoghurts, and fresh fruit salad. There is also a lovely balcony with a café table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying the view.

The hotel's restaurant is closed on specific days, which could be inconvenient for guests who are not aware of this fact beforehand.
